Return & Exchange Policy
- Products are only eligible for exchange if there are size-related issues, within 7 Days of delivery if the original label and tags are not tempered, broken, damaged and the product is not used or washed.
- Products once purchased are not eligible for a refund, only once exchange can be arranged (Size exchange) by Bairaas.com, if the product has a manufacturing defect, damaged, and indifferent size is delivered.
- Products purchased in the sale are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Exchange can be done with another (Alternate Color Only) product(S) of same or higher value by paying the remainder. Exchange charges would be additional.
- Once order placed and packed, the order can't be cancelled.
- Products purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for exchange/refund or return.
- Orders are non-returnable if the above criteria are not met.
- Orders are non-refundable, if size is not available for exchange.

- For Damage issues, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.
- In case of garment size exchange, please additionally mention purchased size, the problem faced with the size and the new size requirement.
